Health Bill 2009

The Health Bill was introduced into Parliament on 15 January 2009.  It proposes measures to improve the quality of NHS care, the performance of NHS services, and to improve public health.   The Health Bill and accompanying Explanatory Notes are available to download from the Parliament website Royal Assent 12 November, 2009
