Implementing the Dublin Declaration on Partnership to Fight HIV/AIDS in Europe and Central Asia: 2010 progress report

This report seeks to document achievements, using country based reports against a selected number of indicators of relevance to the countries of the region. It uses existing data where possible and builds on previous work in general and the report issued by the WHO Regional Office for Europe and UNAIDS in 2008 in particular. Tailored questionnaires were sent to 55 countries and responses were recieved from 49.
