Review of the support available to individuals infected with Hepatitis C and/or HIV by NHS supplied blood transfusions or blood products and their dependants

On 14 October 2010, the Government announced that it would review the support available to those who had been infected with hepatitis C and/or HIV by NHS-supplied blood transfusions or blood products. The review was conducted by the Department of Health, with input from external experts, including the Chairs of the Macfarlane and Eileen Trusts and the Skipton Fund.
